Lavash pie with cheese and berries


  • 360 g of sour milk cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g of sugar
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • fine salt
  • 200 g of pita bread
  • 300-400 g of any berries
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of sour cream (I have 15%)
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

For the filling, add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the cheese, mix until smooth.

Divide pita bread into 4 equal parts. We lay out the method on the skin part of pita bread and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle with any berries, wrap the edges and twist into a roll. Don’t worry if the pita bread tears when you twist it, it won’t affect the final result.

Transfer the finished rolls to a baking dish.

For the filling, mix eggs, sour cream, sugar and starch, beat with a blender until smooth. Pour into a mold for rolls, sprinkle with berries if desired.

Bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
