Vegetables in the oven


  • 2 large or 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 200 g of Brussels sprouts
  • 1 bulb
    For the marinade
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper mixture
  • 1 tbsp each of smoked paprika and Italian herbs

Clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

For the marinade, mix all the ingredients, add to the vegetables, mix and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Transfer to a mold, flatten and bake until ready at 190-200C for ~30-35 minutes, periodically mixing in the process.

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, you can turn on the grill so that the vegetables brown a little.
