Presets replace the current rows. Every result remains editable.

Overtime, target, and pay

Daily overtime is applied first; weekly overtime then applies without counting the same minutes twice.

Guide

How to use

  1. Start with a five-day, four-day, or night-shift preset, or add your own named shifts.
  2. Enter each start, end, and unpaid break. Mark End is next day for an overnight shift.
  3. Set weekly and optional daily overtime thresholds, a weekly target, and optional pay details.
  4. Review scheduled, paid, regular, and overtime time per shift, then copy, save, or export the timesheet.
Help

Frequently asked questions

Can it calculate overnight shifts?

Yes. Select End is next day on that shift. Making the day boundary explicit prevents an earlier end time from being mistaken for an overnight shift.

Are breaks included in paid hours?

Break minutes are subtracted from the scheduled shift duration.

How is overtime calculated?

You can use a weekly threshold alone or add a daily threshold. Daily overtime is allocated first, then weekly overtime applies to the remaining regular minutes so the same minute is not counted twice.

Can it estimate my pay?

Yes. Enter an hourly rate, overtime multiplier, and currency to see regular, overtime, and estimated gross pay. The estimate does not include tax, deductions, premiums, or jurisdiction-specific rules.

Can I reuse the same schedule?

Yes. Save template keeps the current rows and settings on the device. Load template restores it later, and Clear saved template removes it.
