No — for security, the download is not cached between visits, so it downloads again the next time you open this tool. It is only downloaded once per visit no matter how many photos you process while the page is open.
No. The AI model runs in a background process on your own device. Only the model file itself is downloaded from eBURP; your photo and the result never leave your browser.
